If it has been over 14 days since your order was placed and your loved one has still not received their order, please reach out to us by submitting a ticket below. Our Customer Support Team is here to help. Be sure to include your order number in your message so our team can research and resolve the issue.
Keep in mind that correctional facilities do not process or inspect mail on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
The inspection process at the facility will add some additional time before your order is in your loved one's hands.
