How long does it take for my loved one to receive photos?

Once your order is placed, your photos will be printed and shipped from our fulfillment center within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, photos arrive to your loved one's correctional facility in 5-7 business days with Standard shipping.

If you’ve opted for Premium shipping (available for select facilities) photos will arrive in 3-4 business days.

Once your photos arrive at the facility, they will still need to undergo inspection by the facility's mail room staff before they are delivered to your loved one. Facility inspection times can vary depending on a variety of factors, including holidays and the size and staffing of the facility. A good rule of thumb is to count on an additional 3-5 days for inspection time once your order arrives to the facility.

After inspection, your photos will be delivered to your loved one to enjoy!
