What is Premium Shipping?
Premium shipping is available at select facilities for an additional fee. With Premium shipping, you will receive an individual tracking number, which you can use to track your order with USPS. Your order will arrive to the facility within 3-5 business days, instead of 5-7 business days.
Keep in mind that facilities do not process or inspect mail on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Inspection time at the facility will add some additional time before your order is in your loved one's hands.

Some facilities have per-day photo limits for your loved one. If you are sending multiple orders but your loved one has a limit of photos they can receive per day, your following order(s) will be put on hold until our next shipment day. Premium shipping still ensures quick shipping from the time the order leaves our fulfillment center, to the time it reaches your loved one's facility.
