Why did you reject my order? - For Iowa Facilities Only
IOWA Department of Corrections (IDOC) Facilities- You only pay for what is approved!
Iowa Department of Corrections (IDOC) facility staff are able to pre-screen orders before they are printed and shipped by Pelipost. During this pre-screening process, any photos that violate facility guidelines will be rejected and removed from your order. If your order has any photos that are in violation, you will receive a refund for the price of the rejected photo prints. If all of your photos violate facility guidelines, you will receive a full refund.

It is still important to familiarize yourself with the facility's photo guidelines before placing your order to avoid having any photos rejected by the facility.
