Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if a photo isn't approved?
It won't be printed, and you won't be charged—the cost of rejected images is automatically refunded to your original form of payment.

Do I need to do anything differently?
No! Just upload and send photos like always, and we'll handle the rest.

How do I know if my loved one's facility participates?
Check the facility list above. If your loved one's facility is listed, they're already part of our streamlined process.

What if my loved one was transferred?
If your loved one has been transferred, please check the list above to verify if they are in a partner facility.

Are there any changes to photo guidelines?
No, the same photo guidelines still apply. However, with our partnership, the facility reviews photos before printing, reducing the chance of rejection.

How and when are refunds processed for rejected photos?
We process refunds for rejected photos on a weekly basis. The refunded amount is automatically returned to your original form of payment. You may see these refunds as small credits (for example, $0.23 per photo) depending on how many photos were rejected.
