How to Give the Pelipost App Access to Your Photos

How do I allow the Pelipost app access to my photos?

Did you receive an error message in the app regarding Pelipost not being given access to your mobile device's photos? No worries- we're here to help!
The Pelipost App needs access to your photo gallery in order to upload your photos. Your privacy is important to us, and we'll never access or use your photos without your permission. If you want to send photos from your gallery, please follow the steps below. 

For iPhone users:
1. Tap this button to access your iPhone's Settings.

2. Select the Pelipost app.

3. Tap Photos.

4. Select Full Access- be sure you see the check mark next to it!

For Android users:
1. Tap this button to access your phone's Settings.

2. Tap Apps, then select Pelipost. After selecting the Pelipost app, tap Permissions.

4. If under the 'Not Allowed' section you see 'Photos and videos,' then Pelipost currently does not have access to your photos.

5. To grant access, tap 'Photos and videos' and choose 'Allow' on pop up screen.
