*UPDATE* Increased Processing Time for PADOC Facilities
Heads up, Pelipost Fam! Pennsylvania Department of Corrections (PADOC) Facility rules have changed, and photobooks now require a 3- step process:
STEP 1: The photobook is processed and printed by Pelipost, then shipped to the main PADOC Processing Center. We estimate that your photobook order will arrive to the PA DOC Processing Center (Bricker Rd.) within 5-7 business days.
STEP 2: Once the photobook arrives at the PADOC Processing Center, it will be screened for contraband and guideline violations. The photobook will then be sorted and shipped to the selected facility. We have been informed by Pennsylvania Department of Corrections that this extra step will extend delivery time by 30 days. The Bricker Rd processing center only sends screened photobooks, or books of any type to the facility once a month.
STEP 3: The photobook will arrive at your loved one's facility. Once it arrives, it will still need to be screened by the facility mail room staff. This screening process takes time, and can add an additional 2-3 days before the photobook is in your loved one's hands.

Due to these extra steps, final delivery can take 30 days or more. PADOC is working to improve their photobook processing time. Please email RA-CRSECPROCESSING@pa.gov to check the delivery status of your PADOC photobook order.
