My order status says 'FOLLOW-UP.' What does that mean?

When your order status reads 'FOLLOW-UP,' this means that one of our Order Advisors has reviewed your order and they require action or more information from you. In some cases, 'FOLLOW-UP' can indicate that there is an issue with one or more of the photos in your order. You will also receive an email from the Order Advisor reviewing the order with more information.


Please respond to the email from our team as soon as possible to avoid processing delays or cancellation of your order.
