Can't find your loved one's facility? Here's what to do!
- The most accurate way to search for your loved one's facility is by the facility's city. If you are unsure of the facility's city, you can search by the facility's name.
- Make sure to type the full name out, with no abbreviations.
- Allow time for the drop-down menu of suggested facilities to appear (this can take a moment to load.)
Please be aware that many facilities have the same name, despite being located in different cities. For example, if you enter the word "Cook," the drop down menu will show all the facilities in our system that have that word in the name or address. This can be confusing, so take the time to double check the facility's name, city, and state before placing your order. When in doubt, ask us!
If you've tried searching by the facility's name, city, and state and you're still not able to find it, please reach out to our Customer Support Team to add the facility. The following information is required for us to add it to the app:
