Create or add funds to an Incarcerated Prepaid Account

Incarcerated individuals can create their own prepaid account for their loved ones to send them photos. Family, friends and penpals can also add funds to existing accounts on their behalf.

Fund
Funds will be credited towards photo orders for your incarcerated loved one. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, and PayPal. ‍$30 minimum funding is required.

ID is mailed
Your incarcerated loved one's personal Incarcerated Prepaid Account ID NUMBER gets mailed directly to their facility. Once received, your loved one can provide their ID to whomever they want to have access to their funds for photos through Pelipost. The funds are debited when someone places a photo order.
