Calendars are valuable in prison for several reasons. They help our incarcerated loved ones track their remaining sentence, manage appointments and legal deadlines, plan for reentry into society, and provide a sense of structure and routine.
You can even personalize the calendars with a photo of the family or your home to bring warmth and comfort.

Frequently Asked Questions
What material are the calendars printed on?
To ensure acceptance at correctional facilities, our calendars are printed on high-quality facility-approved standard paper, not cardstock. This meets the requirements of most facilities that have restrictions on cardstock materials.
How do I know if my loved one's facility accepts calendars?
First, we recommend checking your loved one's facility mail policies through a quick Google search. If calendars are accepted, you should be able to select the facility from our drop-down menu during checkout. If you don't see your facility listed but know they accept calendars, contact our Customer Support Team with the facility's full name, city, and state, and we'll add it to our system.
Can I customize the calendar with photos?
Yes! You can personalize your calendar by uploading a photo from your camera roll. Whether it's a family photo, selfie, or even children's artwork, you can add this special touch to make your calendar meaningful for your loved one.
What are the shipping options?
- Standard shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited shipping: 3-5 business days
Please note: After your calendar arrives at the facility, allow an additional 2-3 days for mail room processing and delivery to your loved one.
Important Notes
Verify Facility Rules: Always check your loved one's correctional facility rules and regulations to ensure calendars are acceptable before purchasing.
Mail Scanning: If your loved one's facility scans their mail, this may affect the image quality of the calendar.
Processing Time: Once your calendar arrives at the facility, it will need to undergo inspection by the facility's mail room staff before delivery. This typically takes 2-3 additional days but can vary based on facility conditions and staffing.
