Iowa Department of Corrections (IDOC) facility staff are able to pre-screen orders before they are printed and shipped by Pelipost. During this pre-screening process, any photos that violate facility guidelines will be rejected and removed from your order. If your order has any photos that are in violation, you will receive a refund for the price of the rejected photo prints.
