Q. Where can I find greeting cards in the Pelipost app?

A. From the Pelipost app main screen, tap the menu in the upper left corner.

From the menu, tap Greeting Cards to be taken to the Greetings by Pelipost shop.

You can also navigate directly to greetings.pelipost.com from your phone or computer's web browser.

Q. Can I send a greeting card to someone who is not incarcerated?

A. Not from Greetings by Pelipost. Our greeting cards are designed specifically for correctional facilities to follow their rules and regulations.
Check out JoeyPrints for photo prints and greeting cards that can be shipped to home, or someone who is not incarcerated.

Q. What size are greeting cards from Greetings by Pelipost?

A. All cards are a standard 5x7 size.

Q. My loved one's facility doesn't accept cardstock. What material are the greeting cards printed on?

A. Many facilities do not accept greeting cards printed on cardstock. For this reason, our cards are printed on highest-quality glossy photo paper. They are shipped in a plain white envelope in order to follow facility guidelines.

Q. How do I know if my loved one's facility accepts greeting cards?

A. First, it's always a good idea to do a quick Google search for your loved one's facility's mail policies.

If your loved one's facility accepts greeting cards, you should be able to select the facility from the drop-down menu when placing your order from Greetings by Pelipost.

If your loved one's facility does accept greeting cards, but you don't see it listed in the facility drop-down menu, please reach out to our Customer Support Team with the facility's full name, city and state and we will add it for you!

Q. I have a suggestion for a greeting card!

A. Not finding the card you're looking for? We are always open to suggestions. Feel free to send us an email at marketing@pelipost.com and we will do our best to put it on our design schedule.

Q. What about returns?

A. If your order is returned by the correctional facility due to a rules violation, a refund will NOT be issued. Please be sure to follow facility guidelines for the message you type inside the card, as well as any photos uploaded to the front cover. For any other reason, we will do an evaluation and work with you to re-send.

Q. How long do cards take to ship?

A. Standard shipping is 5-7 business days. This is the automatic shipping option for all greeting card products.
Expedited shipping is 3-5 business days. This option is only available for our Letters and 2024 Calendars.
*Please keep in mind that once your order reaches your loved one's correctional facility that it can take up to 2-3 additional days for them to receive it in their hands.
