Why Getting the Right Information Matters

We see it every single day: "My photos were returned!" And 99% of the time, it's because of incorrect facility information or ID numbers.

Your loved one's ID number is required for each photo order. When your order gets returned due to wrong information, it can add 4 to 5 weeks of delay that could have been prevented with just a few taps.

Before You Place Your Order: Your Final Checklist

Take that extra minute to verify:

✅ Facility name (exact spelling matters!)
✅ City and state (many facilities share names across different states)
✅ Current ID number (not old booking numbers)
✅ Current location (transfers can happen without notice)

Remember: that extra moment of double-checking saves you from weeks of delays and the heartbreak of watching your order sit in return limbo. We want your photos to reach your loved one on the first try just as much as you do! 🧡
