What is Delivery Assurance?

Delivery Assurance costs .99 cents per order and ensures that if your order is returned to us or does not arrive at the facility, our Pelipost Return Specialists will:

  • Research the issue
  • Modify the order as needed
  • Resend the order at no additional cost

Alert
Important: Delivery Assurance is NOT a refund. It covers the fees to reprocess and resend your order.

What is Covered:

Incorrect Information

If you provided incorrect facility information or your loved one was transferred, our team will update the details and resend your order.

Order Not Received

If your order doesn't arrive at the facility, our team will track the issue and resend your photos.

Facility Rule Changes

If facility policies have changed since your order was placed, we'll adjust your order to comply with new guidelines and resend it.

What is NOT Covered:

Photo Guideline Violations

Please ensure your photos comply with the facility's guidelines. Delivery Assurance will not cover reshipments due to prohibited photos. However, if your order contains both acceptable and prohibited photos, you can use Delivery Assurance to resend the order without the prohibited photos.

Examples of common photo guideline violations include: nudity, partial nudity, stacks of cash, and prohibited hand gestures. Always make sure you are familiar with your loved one's facility rules for mail before placing an order.

Note: Delivery Assurance can be used once per order.

How to Use Delivery Assurance:

If you believe your order was rejected or not received, please contact Pelipost Customer Support immediately. Let them know you purchased Delivery Assurance and provide any updated information about your loved one or their facility. Our team will investigate the issue and make the necessary changes to resend your order.
