How do I cancel my order?
If you have recently placed an order and need to cancel for any reason, you are able to do so within the Pelipost app. Orders can only be cancelled if the order is still in the PROCESSING status. Once the order prints, it cannot be cancelled.
If your order status still shows PROCESSING, follow the steps below to cancel the order:
- From the Pelipost app main screen, tap 'Orders' (located at the bottom of the page.)
- Select the order you would like to cancel.
- Once you select the order, you will see the option to cancel.
